I think you need to have like 40-50 suspicion to have it at the start, but it just wastes your time, incentives you to clean up, or you know buy an upgrade where you just skip it
I don't think it's RNG, as Syn always appears on the 15th Proceed (or 75 gained max stam with the weighted sock) as I've met her 5 times before I bought everything she had in-store
I don't remember the exact math, but I'm pretty sure all events that happen during the runs are random to some extent, regardless it's easier to reply this way
love the game! the minigames got harder with 4.2 and took some of the (nsfw) fun from it, btw my saves from 4.0.3 are bugged with the new update as yuna's love meter is stuck at 20 even tho it was full and no love specific events seem to trigger, everything else is working btw ^^
Yeah, this seems to be some kind of trend, that each update ia only somewhat compatible with save files from previous versions, although most of the times clearing game cache helps.
As for the relationship thing - this is not a bug, that's deliberate and makes it a little harder to earn relationship levels, there's a "lock" on lvl 20 and 40 (60 and 80 are WIP) - it's best to talk with Yuna just before you start the night to get a hint as to what needs to be done in order to progress (if you want a more direct hint, check out changelog on our wiki)

Android build is experimental and error prone, the only options are to either clear cache and try playing again, or completely reinstall the game.
As for languages - yes we removed the option to change language as they were incomplete, dev stopped this project so they weren't updated anymore since 0.3 and people kept complaining how languages are incomplete, despite the game not being finished yet as well.
They are meant to be a present for Yuna, that lets you continue with growing relationship level past 40, you give them to her automatically when you go running with her

However, he has plans to dedicate his full attention and time into creating an actual Android build based off of his current code, which should drastically reduce the amount of issues you guys experience, improve overall stability and avoid crashes all together.
Unfortunately these are his plans, which will take time to be fulfilled, until then you'll have to play the game as is or wait for it to happen.

Plotwise, are there any plans for her to acknowledge that kind of thing? A bit much, but maybe Kaede should get her own relationship panel in the stats screen. Yuna's suspicion is bad, but maybe Kaede being suspicious should be good, since she's the more outgoing one. Either way, I'd love for the plot to involve things like Kaede also being ok to wake up, Yuna visually being turned on by watching your interactions with her friend, being able to cook for both Yuna and Kaede in the morning, or even a threesome options for the kitchen sex.

Kinda hard to give any advice, seems like the problem lies in either the files you downloaded or your PC, try deleting the whole folder and redownloading the game (save data is stored outside the game folder, dw about it)
If you wake her up often (get caught/fill her "Z" icon) then you need to be slower with your actions, if you want to end the night earlier - click the "end" button next to the timer
