So I think speeding up time would be a nice tool that would benefit any player going through the game while making it more engaging since youre spending a resource.
If you find this too trivializing then maybe allow the time speed up to result in some % reduced sleep gauge decrease. So it's not 1:1 compared to just waiting normally.

If you bought stuff from "normal" shop them those items are immediately in effect
If you buy anything from peeptube shop, then it's in transit and will arrive in a few in-game days
Make sure to update the game to 0.5.0.2, there was some problem with converting pp to credits and dev fixed few more things

This game is incredible, the only negative is that on Android if the flies event happens that night is guaranteed to fail.

If PC then you can safely delete folder with previous version, save data is stored outside the game folder
If Android and you mean the APK file - you can delete them as well
