I'm not sure i understood what the problem is, currenty there are two types of "minigames" during the night either lead dot to green field - labyrinth like or timing bar above the head (similar to Undertale battle system).
For the bar you just need to click / tap, for the labyrinth you need to click and hold / tap and hold to guide the dot.
The translation in the settings only takes effect on the plot and part of the main menu, and a considerable part of the stores and interactions in the game are still in English. Excuse me, is this a bug or a deliberate setting? If it is the latter, I hope to wait until the day of full translation.I wish you a happy life.

Dev takes no part in translation process except sharing the script and text from the game, everything is done by people who volunteered to translate the game for others.

Kan (guy with glasses) has a chance to check up on Yuna, if that happens you have some time to hide under the bet - using arrows to adjust the view on the left side of the screen go down twice and then at the bottom of the screen you should see a 'ninja' icon.
As for flies, once it spawns, you should see a swatter icon in the same place as the ninja one and you just have to tap the fly. To make it easier, I suggest buying 'bug spray' consumable from the shop.
As for the night ending too fast, check up your stamina before starting the night, as it is the camera battery as well.

If you're talking about the items on the bedside table next to the phone, they just indicate what you've given to Yuna before that night, so there's the tea cup (after green tea), body lotion (...) and numbing chapstick (...).
As for other positions, right now there's missionary and doggy, dev has plans to add some more interactions, but I doubt he will add whole Kamasutra book, mainly because...well...she's sleeping...so some positions would wake her up... And that's not the point of the game right now.
seems like it's cache problem, simply go to REC game app settings, then storage and "clear cache" it will NOT delete any save files, only clear some auto generated by the game itself, so you're forcing it to recreate them.

You have to make it to the beach once before the bus will take you.
