If you're on PC just unzip (Winrar or something else) and extract files into the game folder you already have on your computer.
If on Android, you still have to extract the contents of zip file (most file managers can do that already, of not then try RAR app from Play store) and and tap on the rec.apk file, then 'update' and voilà (make sure not to delete the previous version as this will delete all your save files!)
P.S. if you're updating from 0.2 (0.2.2.8 for example) to any 0.3, you will lose your save data either way, as saves from 0.2 aren't compatible with 0.3.

Socks is just an accessory you can give to the girl for a more pleasant view, they also make 'sockjob' available (footjob with socks) and there's more clothes to take off, so you get some credits for that. Besides that they are purely cosmetic item.

This is super fun, and has quite a bit to it for being so early access! Super replayable especially with the loop to slowly work on getting everything. I cant wait to see where this goes!
On android version 15, the game works for the first launch. then after saving (at least in autosave and slot 1) the game won't open. It starts launching, and before 1second it full closes
How do I access the game's language scripts? I would like to translate everything into Brazilian Portuguese. Since some parts are not 100% translated, I believe it will also be a great opportunity to share with the rest of the community.
I can see a HUGE potential for this game. The gameplay is absolutely fun, with some humour on battle scenes, the graphics are DEFINITELY well made (props to you dev for the pixel art) and overall, I just haven't found a game quite like this, with a good replay value. I'll follow this game until its final update.
All translation are done by people for people, dev has nothing to do with it, he only shares the script files for us to translate and imagine how much work there is to translate over 2500 sentences (the number is constantly rising as dev is adding more events), so please be more considerate especially that the game is okay v0.3.
You could be disappointed if the translation was lacking in v1.0 or sth but give it some time until then.

I really didn't expect this game to have a Brazilian Portuguese translation in this update. This is the first hentai game I've played with a Portuguese translation, so it will make it easier to understand the characters' dialogue.
And I really like the "shift body" option, now all that's missing is the option to perform anal on roommate, lol.
And I also really like the new camera upgrade. This upgrade will probably give the player extra relationship XP with their roommate. (I think that's it; the translator may make mistakes in the translation.)
Note: If some words are strange or don't make sense, it may be the translator who made a mistake in the translation.
Yeah, all translations are done by volunteers who wanted to translate, so expect typos and other issues, but feel free to either post your suggestions here, or it would be best if you'd join our Discord server and go to the translations channel to find specific thread and share your thoughts there, so translators can address them asap.

As for the "love capture" it's substitution for "rizz aura" perks that were present in v0.2, but the principle stays the same - upgrading it let's you retain some/all releationship xp after loop reset, so if you max it, you won't lose any relationship progress (hearts) with Yuna.
I’ve been playing REC for a few days without any issues, but suddenly, every time I launch the game now, it freezes immediately on startup.
I haven’t impacted the file game or my computer, and I’ve already tried restarting, reinstalling the game through the Itch.io app, and clearing all cache/data, but the problem still happens every time I open it.

Glitch: Sometimes when Yuna's friend is sleeping over the effect she is supposed to give just doesnt appear. The sleep meter still goes up quickly even when theres a sleepover, the only time the effect was active was during the after party.
That's not a glitch, kaede being in Yuna's room isn't a trigger for any "special" effect, she's just there for you to play with, the only special effect, as you said is night just after the party, when both Yuna and kaede had one too many beers and they are quite tipsy, which in turn makes the wakefulness meter fill much slower.
When I use the smelling salts right before 'doing it' inside her she still wakes up. Is she always meant to wake up after doing it inside or is it a bug or do the salts just not last long enough?
Also I can't give any items/clothes other than Gifts to here, is this coming in a future update or have I not progressed far enough, even though i have full hearts in the stats menu?
Both things are pretty simple when you actually put some thought into it.
Firstly, ik this is a game, but if you were with a real girl, how would you proceed to have sex with her? FOREPLAY is the answer! (Make her cum)
Secondly - to give items such as gifts or accessories you need 2 things: high enough relationship level and her not being suspicious of you. If you end the night leaving her naked or/and covered in cum she becomes sus and won't accept anything besides normal gifts. It's best to skip few days or wait for loop reset. Shower scene has nothing to do with this. Also if 4-eyes comes in and sees her naked it's also a flag for her being sus of you.

I saw that it's okay to post bug reports here, so here's some things for the experimental android version:
1. At seemingly random times (has happened to me both indoors and wandering), you will just not be able to interact with the game anymore until you close it. The music still works and everything looks fine when it happens, you just can't click anything on the screen.
2. (A very big one) There is a change where the game will get to a point where it'll just not let you open it anymore. As in, you click the game, black pops up on your screen like it's about to start, then it just closes itself. This has happened twice, and the only way I've found to fix this is to redownload the game. It's happened twice now. I don't know if this is caused by getting past night 3 or having more than 3 saves made, but it's a very curious bug.
Just in case this info helps, my device is a Samsung Chromebook. I really like your pixel style.
Truth be told we prefer when people report bugs via bug report form on discord, but there's no obligation to join, so yeah, this passes.
Regarding bugs you've found - thanks for reporting them, let me address then separately:
1. This sounds like a Godot engine having a beef with Android devices, from my experience with other mobile Godot games, if you give too many inputs in a short time, the engine gets confused and stops reacting to any other input - if you did just that then ... Yeah.
Currently the only solution is to be slower with taps (no idea why this problem exists, but I haven't noticed such behaviour in any other mobile games made with different engines like unity, ren'py, etc..
If that's not the case then please ping me, I'll add it to our bug board.
2. This is unfortunately pretty common issue, also Godot having quarrels with Android, simply go to app settings and clear cache (not storage!) this should help with both crashes that exit the game and situations when game does not open from the start.
I suspect that the problem lies in how Android in general handles Godot software, not in your phone as others have reported those crashes before and clearing cache helped them.
It's false positive, windows defender sees some Godot files as potential danger as it has literally no idea what those files are. Of course dev forgot to do something during the export process of the game.
Whenever i use the camera for footage i always only see tv static and the buttons so i can't see anything thats going on i have to move my finger across the screen to find the sheets and all i was wondering if it was normal or can i do something about it im on mobile btw
Yes that's normal, you can upgrade the lens of the camera which will in turn add some % to earned credits during the night and reduce the static effect on screen.
If it's bothering you too much, you can disable shaders in main menu settings.
I'm not sure what's the problem you're facing, when 4-eyes comes up the stairs, simply go down as much as you can (down arrow twice or "S" if on PC twice) and then at the bottom of the screen in the middle there'll be a ninja Icon to hide.

Try deleting app cache, go to phone settings -> all apps -> rec game -> storage and cache -> clear cache

I play the game on Windows, everything works fine I get to loop 5 and suddenly everything freezes. The screen freezes and I can't interact in any way.
I rebooted my computer, the only thing that worked. And then whenever I open the game, it freezes before the game menu shows up.
Good game 10/10.
